Momentum is a hands-on strategic mapping program for business owners ready to take a hard look at the business, uncover what's getting in the way, and determine what needs to happen next.
Not coaching. Working sessions,
you leave each one with decisions made and your roadmap further built.

You know there are things that need to change.
Maybe growth has exposed cracks in your operations.
Maybe everything still comes back to you.
Maybe your team is busy, but you're not sure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Maybe you've outgrown systems that used to work.
Maybe there's a bottleneck you keep working around instead of fixing.
Or maybe you can't point to one big problem. You just know the business shouldn't feel this hard to move forward.
That's where Momentum starts.

Where are you trying to go, and does the work happening right now actually support it?

What's inefficient, inconsistent, overly complicated, missing, or creating unnecessary work?

Where does work, growth, decision-making or execution keep getting stuck?

If you have a team, are the right people doing the right things? Are responsibilities, expectations and accountability clear?

What opportunities actually make sense to pursue, and what needs to be in place to support them?

What needs to happen, in what order, and who owns it?
As we identify what needs to happen, those decisions become a visual, working roadmap.
Priorities become projects. Projects get sequenced. Longer-term work has a place to live.
Instead of wondering, “Okay... now what?” you can see what needs to happen next.
A real example of Strategic Mapping translated into a working Kanban-style roadmap.
Momentum isn't built around long lectures followed by a pile of homework.
As soon as you enroll
You’ll receive your Mission, Vision & Values pre-work so you can get started before the program officially begins.
October 5 | Private Group Opens
You’ll get access to the private Momentum group, your program resources, Trello training and everything you need to begin building your roadmap.
Wednesdays at 12 PM ET | Live Working Sessions
Each week, we’ll start with 15–20 minutes focused on that week’s topic, then we get to work. Use the remaining time to work through your business, build your roadmap, ask questions and get unstuck with Kim there to support you.
1:1 Roadmap Review | Scheduled After Week 5
We'll close out with a 1:1 call, scheduled at a time that works for you, to review your finished roadmap and make sure you're clear on what happens next.
We’re not talking about the work. We’re doing the work.

I'm Kim, founder of KO Business Solutions and an Operations Strategist.
I've spent my career looking across businesses, teams and operations to figure out where things are getting stuck, what needs to change and how to turn those decisions into execution.
I'm not interested in handing you another playbook full of things someone says you should be doing.
I want to understand your business.
What's working. What's not. Where you're trying to go. What's standing in the way.
Then we build the roadmap from there.
The founding Momentum cohort is intentionally limited to six businesses. That gives us room to dig into what’s happening, work through the decisions that aren’t obvious, and make sure you leave with a roadmap built around what your business actually needs.

No. Momentum is a guided Strategic Mapping process. I work as your Strategic Partner, helping you examine the business, identify what’s getting in the way, determine what needs attention, and turn those findings into an actionable roadmap.
That’s okay. You don’t need to diagnose the business before you come into Momentum. That’s part of the work.
Sometimes the thing that feels like the problem is actually a symptom of something happening somewhere else in the business. We’ll look deeper at what’s happening, where things are breaking down and what may actually be causing it before deciding what belongs on your roadmap.
Plan for approximately 1 to 2 hours outside of our working session each week. A significant portion of the work happens while we’re together.
Depending on what you uncover and how quickly you want to move, you may choose to spend more time on your roadmap between sessions, but you won’t be sent away with hours of busywork.
Live attendance isn't required. Sessions aren't recorded, but you can post your questions in the private group any time you're stuck, and Kim will respond there.
Yes. You don’t need employees to benefit from Momentum. If you have an established business and there are strategic, operational or execution issues you want to address, the process can help you step back, look at the business as a whole and determine what needs to happen next.
Momentum brings the core Strategic Mapping process into a guided small-group format. You’ll work through the process alongside other business owners and leaders while still applying everything directly to your own business.
My 1:1 Strategic Mapping engagement goes deeper, with more customized analysis, individual attention and greater detail specific to your business.
Momentum gives you the structure, guidance and working time to examine your business and leave with a clear strategic roadmap.
No. The technology is simply there to support your roadmap. Momentum is about examining your business, making strategic decisions and determining what needs to happen next. It is not a software or project management training program.
No. Momentum is designed for business owners working independently as well as owners and leaders with a team. If you do have employees or contractors, team structure, responsibilities, communication and accountability may become part of what we examine.
You leave with the strategic roadmap you built during the program and a clear structure for continuing to use it as priorities move forward.
The goal is not to create a plan that gets filed away. You’ll have a working roadmap you can continue to update, prioritize and use to guide what happens next in your business.
You probably already know there are things in your business that need attention. The question is whether they stay in the background while you keep dealing with whatever feels urgent, or whether you finally step back, look at the business as a whole and decide what needs to change.
